They don't care if you're outraged or not, whether you leave or not, whether you loathe the ads they've polluted their product with or not (enshittification). They know your options are limited (by design). I got the same thing from my insurance company - raising rates without any explanation or justification. They don't care enough to even play-act at being contrite these days.]
